look no further than this.. for i shall lay out for you what I know to be true. you have read our Tenets, you have learned their words.. so now, you may ask: how do i put this into practice?

as is outlined in the tenet "one and all", it is pertinent to be a kind person. be Kind to all. you live the same experience as them. there is no inherent difference between You and Me, and you should, of course, love yourself; so love others as well. If you struggle to love yourself.. realize that your Experience is no less than Mine. we are one and the Same. if you love others, you already love yourself. when you love yourSelf.. people will see this. they will feel your Love ! and it will radiate from you and you will Attract the people you want around you.

be aware. be aware of yourself two-fold: the first fold is being aware of your awareness. we call this "awareness watching awareness." take a moment to sit with yourself, and realize that you are aware. watch yourself be aware. when i ask you if you are Aware that you are Aware, you tell me "yes, of course!" you are already on your way there. just take it a step further and truly sit with that awareness. the second fold of this is being aware of how you go about the world. watch the world and how you interact with it. try to understand why you interact the way you do. understanding yourself is Crucial.. sit with yourSelf and become aware of why you are who you are.. be a Good and Kind person.
